Celebrate Valentine’s Day at Velassaru in the Maldives.

If I could celebrate Valentine’s Day anywhere in the world, it would have to be the Maldives and, more specifically, the resort of Velassaru who are really making it something special for many couples this year.

If a Spa treatment and a meal aren’t enough to get you in the mood then you can choose something which lasts a little longer. Why not purchase a coral adoption programme? This includes a heart-shaped coral tray, a personal message and coral fragments. Velassaru’s marine biologist will transplant the coral trays into the reef, or couples can opt for a scuba diving programme and plant their personalised corals with the supervision of the marine biologist.

If money were no object then this is definitely where I would take Ross on February 14th.
